We have extensive experience in various aspects of senior living and healthcare management, including skilled nursing homes, assisted living, independent living, memory care, personal care, and specialties in vent unit. We currently manage six properties ranging in size from 62 - 240 beds in five different states.

Mountain Ridge Health and Rehab is a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Some of the services offered are restorative care program, outpatient therapy, and registered dietician services.
Mount Sterling, KY
Windsor Care Center is a 144-bed skilled nursing facility. Some services offered include 24 hour nursing care, wound care, ostomy care, respite care, and palliative care.
Arlington, VA
Regency Care of Arlington is a 240-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Some of the services offered are vent units, restorative care program, dialysis, and registered dietician services.
Mount Sterling, KY
Regency Memory Care is a 26-bed facility offering memory care / Alzheimer specialty.
Silver Spring, MD
Regency Care of Silver Spring is a 92-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Some services include palliative care, personal care, case management, long-term care, and 24-hour emergency alert and response system.
Frenchburg, KY
Edgewood Estates is a 60-bed skilled and intermediate nursing facility with an 8-bed personal care unit. Edgewood Estates also provides Adult Day Health Care Program services.
